what if u quickly sign the contract then realized there is temporary layoff written under that my initial signed off. the hr manager pressured me to read it and sign right there on the Spot.

It may be difficult to contest a signed agreement, but you can still have your contract reviewed to determine if it is legal.

Ok so my story is .I was injured at work in November 2020 .I was helping the owner to move a air compressor and i ask if it have water inside of it because it hasn't been used for 5 or more years. And he says no its empty. So we try to move in with a dolly to put it in a truck to move it to another location and the compressor drop on both my feet and broke both feet .so my feet got crushed. And I couldn't work. I went to a doctor he asked me to fill a wisb. And give it back so I spoke to my employer and he told me he would pay me in full until I can go back .so month ago I was going to go back and just to see if I would be able to work .witch I could really stand good and I had no balance. So I didn't show up to work .I been just working on my feet trying to get them well and good .so since 6 weeks ago he didn't pay me .I asked why and he says because i didn't show up to with and that he thought i quit. And i told him how do i quit if I'm not at work .and why wouldn't you let me know that your not going to pay me so today may 2/2021 i visited the office to speak to him about it .and he is telling me that he well put me on employment....because he is slow now because of the pandamic. So I'm not sure what I need to do .i didnt sign anything yet

I reported my prior Atty Little, that I was Racially and Disability Discriminated by being denied overtime payments, weeks without put time off, denied time off for breaks and lunch. I also reported that my hourly income was lowered and stolen from me.I was penalized for hitting my monthly quotas. This information was reported that my Human Rights were Grossly violated by PRL. MLK GDOL, HR Sarah Bolton was forced and Exploited . No one helped me to recoup earned sales commissions, illegal charges backs and stolen from using Direct Manager Blyth's Sales ID number for over a month and half during probation. Also I was denied sales bonus and prize money. PRL business Office Manager, District Manager Lennox Thomas, CEO Andy Romeo, and HR Sarah Bolton conspired to cover-up this until I reported to Fare 2 You Amanda Costello and Ben Aston, Retaliations Hostile Work Environment Outrageous Emotional duress, and Gaslighting Abuses escalated in trump up charges.- false accusations to illegally Terminated me.
