Wheels of Fire starts as a Mad Max ripoff, before adding telepathy, morlocks, and a bunch of random supernatural stuff for no reason. There isn't any kind of a story, but a Playmate is topless for about half the movie. This is a weird one.

Lynda was a friend of mine. Last I heard from her was an email, I was in Afghanistan, saying she had brain cancer and didn’t want to talk about it. Then some swine took over her email and pretended to me that she was on vacation in Spain, lost her purse and needed me to wire her money. The swine didn’t know what she called me. She used to complain that even in Hollywood nobody sold a cute bra in a cup size over D. RIP, sweetie.

Laura Banks, who played "Stinger", the bird lady, was in Khan's posse in "Star Trek II: The Wrath Of Khan", three years before this thing. She's related to the Barrymore actors dynasty. Her grandmother was John, Ethel, and Lionel Barrymore's aunt. And she used to be in an improv comedy group with Caryn Johnson, who became famous as Whoopi Goldberg. Whoopi played "Celie Harris-Johnson" in "The Color Purple" in the same year this movie was made - and was nominated for a "Best Actress" Academy Award and won a Golden Globe for it. Christopher Young, who composed the score for this, also wrote the music for the boobtastic "Barbarian Queen", "Nightmare On Elm Street 2", "Hellraiser", "Species", "Spider-Man 3 ", "Ghostrider", and lots of other movies. This movie was relatively early in his career - he only started as a film music composer in 1982, the same year Laura Banks debuted in "Star Trek II". Hood ornament Lynda Wiesmeier was also in "Teen Wolf" with Michael J. Fox in the same year this was made, 1985. She did indeed get out of acting the next year. But only after appearing in something called "Shape-Up For Sensational Sex", apparently an X-rated bit of utter weirdness that tried to be both an exercise instruction tape and a porno - and totally failed at being worth a toss in both categories. Ahem... I think she was only in the excercise/aerobics parts of that _masterpiece_ though, along with Cindy Margolis. Aaaand... Cindy was in both "Baywatch" and "Baywatch Nights". Because all roads inevitably always lead to "Baywatch". It's the nexus of all American culture. David Hasselhoff is your god. Don't stand in the darkness, afraid to step into the light - just accept him as your Lord and Saviour!

Man, props to the armorer on this movie. They managed to take real guns, slap random other cosmetic gun parts on them so they don't have to mess with the actual innards, like mainly stock/foregrip/muzzle changes, and they don't look terrible. Some of them actually look pretty cool. Like the AR's with the boxy ends and the cone flash hiders. Pretty awesome.

We love Kung Fury, but yeah, doesn't qualify for the show.

The music you questioned to where you heard it from, was Predator 1.

This is a movie which may not qualify for your channel but if you were shocked by the playmate on the hood of the car scenes, then you should grab a copy of an Australian movie named Fair Game from 1986. The lead actress is a lady named Cassandra Delaney who was an Australian who somehow managed to become John Denver's second wife and when they divorced the story was she had slept with just about every guy in Aspen, where they lived during the marriage. As I stated before the film may not be a SBIG qualifier but it is worth a watch as it is one of Tarantino's Ozploitation favs.

Fair Game is actually a pretty decent film, the bit where she's on the hood looks pretty uncomfortable though

Remember Mad Max also used sped up footage during a lot of the car chase scenes.

Stryker is another one you should look at. Another Mad Max clone. If I remember it correctly, it doesn't have as much action, but it's wild!

Space Hunter : Adventures in the forbidden zone 100% needs to be on SBIG.. This movie kinda reminds me of it. And the cast is pretty awesome, Peter Strauss, Molly Ringwald, Ernie Hudson and Michael Ironside as the bad guy.
