Flying ants come out once a year at a certain time when the heat etc is right. They do bite. It's common over in the UK to get swarms on a certain day.

Here in Thailand they'll put out a big tub of water with a light over it at night and the flying ants will land in the water and get stuck in it! Then they'll take and fry them and eat them! They taste pretty good!

That's a great unit Jeremy, and all the different collectables are fun to find, not like the bugs, horrible things. I have been bitten so many times by ants and had blisters swell all over my legs, I haven't sat on grass for 40 plus years. I have always loved Winnie the Pooh, they were the first books I borrowed from the library when I was 5 years old and he is still going strong lol. As of April this year mint condition princess Diana beanie babies are selling for between $2 & $30. The most expensive one ever sold on eBay was $235 in original packaging.
