I live in a village called Beddau, which in Welsh is graves. And myself alone have seen 4 different spirits..... There's a druid worship stone near me called terren dusant. It's first documented in 1600. Maybe worth a look 😊

Could be quite unnerving I suppose to be woken by a nurse in Victorian uniform but knowing me I wouldn't notice & would just say, "Thankyou dear", & go back to sleep.
