If you understand football you could differentiate between no tactic at all and player fail to execute tactic. For United case the problem is player fail to execute coach tactic because physical limitation and technical limitation. Most United player don't have physicality to play high intensity and high pressing football, they almost outmuscle and outrun by other EPL team.

Ten Hag hasn't helped himself best of times & has made alot of mistakes but i think it's unfair to blame our shambles of a season on just him when it's many different factors as to why we've such an embarrassing season. Many of the players in that squad have either regressed massively, aren't good enough or are too old. Also the amount of toxicity among the squad is a joke always downing tools it's been the same familiar pattern for numerous years now. There are far bigger issues than Ten Hag

Manager has had 2 summer transfer windows to move players on. He's far too weak to even do that. Maguire to West Ham last season showed that. McTominay also. The Manager has a far too weak a personality to move players on. He's weak mate. United need a strong manager with a strong personality. Roy Keane will get these players out, then hand over the baton to an elite manager/tactician that knows the league.

I'm an old man, so I can remember the UTD before Ferguson. Where they are now is where they were then. Between 67 and 93 they were a cup team (3 FA cups and a European cup winners cup.) I would suggest that without Ferguson, who was a once in a lifetime appointment,UTD are at their natural level.
