It'll take a couple of seasons to blood new recruits and promoted u18s players like with Wheatley to replace the mixed bag of players currently in the first team so it makes sense to keep Eth as the rebuild guy.

I think this is a horrible decision because on paper United finished 8th. But if we're being realistic, they were not even a top 10 team in the league.
