Cabo Pulmo is arguably a better dive location than La Paz. Lots of great sites. The trick is getting there. We drove back and forth from Los Cabos. The dive shop we used was "Dive Cabo Pulmo," and, if I'm not mistaken, Marco recommended them. That said, the whole dive community there in Cabo Pulmo is top notch.
