French clubs also have crazy good academies, which is represented by French national team squad depth. Teams like Rennes and Lyon are dominating the youth game, but Lens and Le Havre are also very good. And Paris might be one of the most dense area in term of talent pool, so Paris FC would totally make sense !

Downside would be playing in Ligue1, personally I don't feel any appeal towards that league. But then again, I'm italian, so I am extremely biased.

Some clubs like Derby also one of the good choice if we want to do a career mode that mainly focus on Youth Academy (or an elite Academies like in this video) since most of the players who currently on the club is an oldies

Norwegian here Vålerenga top at Youth recruitment 😂😂😂😂😂 They suck at local scouting IRL Tromsø a team from North of Norway, opposite side of the country than Vålerenga. Is doing it really good IRL with players found in Vålerengas backyard in Norway

Auckland in New Zealand has a new A-League team coming next season after a successful bid by American billionaire Bill Foley. It hasn’t been given a name or a logo so gives you complete freedom for a Create-A-Club idea. Could be a fun club and country save and since Auckland is NZ’s biggest city it’s got a lot of potential to be one of the best teams in A-League and would generate a lot of youth talent.
