I had this guy with insane potential. It was 82-94 in the initial scouting report but was rated like 34 so I knew he’d be better elsewhere. He was a CB. He was 16 I think but I don’t like promoting players too early because they don’t grow as well when promoted too early. Ended up training him to a RB. Went up like 15. Then saw he looked better as a CM. Went up another like 15. Then went up 10 to got to a CAM. And would’ve gone up I think 3+ more as a winger but I had tons of wingers and a few with potential to be special so I kept him at CAM. So in 2 years he went from a 34 rated CB to an 85 rated CAM in less than 2 years. He’s currently 20 years old and 91 rated

9:20 I got a 62 rated cdm which then I converted to cam and then grew up to a 71 because of being converted to a cam. A season later he’s now 82 rated.

Players don't grow to my knowledge, you had mentioned that Doumbia glitched when he changed clubs in terms of rating, Im assuming that also messed with his height, which is possible when using the engines etc. Worked out for the video though, was great.

My best player, who had the biggest jump of overall, was a CB with only 17 defending and around 74 shooting. So he started as a 34 overall, and as I changed his position to ST he went to a 72 overall. And the other time I had a goalkeeper with only 14 of every goalkeeper stat. But had 78 pace and good dribbling, but unfortunately I couldn't change his position.

I've once got the glitched goalkeeper homegrown talent but after i loaned him out he went for 16 rated to 64 but it wasn't a posistion change. For a posistion change i pnce had a 5'6 cb with 80+ pace and like 31 rating and after making him a winger he was like 63 rated

The highest jump for a players position i had so far without any mods was +31 instead of a center back to a striker from rating 44 up to 75 i mean he was 18 so thats a world class player for sure and yesterday i had another one +18 from 44 up to 62 and that became a starter at the club now its the 2nd season and he is up to 77 spanish player a youth academy player i got when i took over the club to make it better
