I still remember walking out of theater 2011 feeling empty. It's only movie that has ever made me feel this way. It was my childhood me and all my family had many memories because of this series. I truly miss it still can't believe it's over :(. Thank you Harry potter for everything

I'm feeling empty after watching all those eight films once again. It is something I can't really describe. I've tried to watch more stuff about the theme, about the reallife of the charakters and so on. But this kind of pain or strange feeling is still there... I grow up together with those films, as many have done! But they are over now, but anyhow I can't let go? Why do these films fascinate me so much? Why do I wish to be part of it? Is everything, the story, the books, the films done so great? Why does it catch and hold me that hard. It sounds crazy when I read through my own lines. But appart from this, I am longing to feel it another way... The todays world, as we know it. In contrast to the Harry Potter World, it seems so boring, so unneeded. I am longing to find a place that is wonderful, where I belong. Where I can be with all people I like. And it is not enough to get shown in front of my eyes that they 'exist'. Hogwarts seems pretty much like it is one of these places. So anyhow I feel i want to be there for a while, to test it. I guess I also don't want to be there forever. Because there are also so many bad things that could happen like in our world. Isn't that how I am? Looking forward to something what i don't like anyore when I have received it? Yes... also pretty much. What I actually wanted to say... well ... threre is actually a lot but it does always sound nice... the way J.K. Rowling catched me, how WB catched me with these books and films are so wonderful because the include everything we are striving for. The sad thing it is over. And human need long to let something go. Everytime I watched a film in the past I said: I am already looking forward to the next, I actually can't wait for it. Now it is different. There won't be a film or book that can get as great as the ones before. Because they worked so many years for everything that catched up. Every second we will compare and we will realize, the old books were better because we are already catched by them. Of course, I give the new films a chance but I have to admit that I am sceared of them being bad and forced by money receiving. That would be so sad ... Well I think the people who think like me about this great story will know what I mean and maybe some other can translate it for them selve. But greetings to every same like me, I know how you feel :( Thank you

+Lorenz Jahn Sounds like you would benefit from doing something just about nobody EVER does. Watch the movies till the very end - look at ALL the credits. Then go look at Netflix or the movie theater or someplace that can show you just how many movie are being made right now. Move on. Take the next step. If movies can mean that much to you, get off the sofa and get to work on one! Everyone on that list of credits very likely feels the same way about movies that you do. That's why they are on set... Get out there!

I have already produced some movies as presents for my friends and family what was quiet cool! :D I also thouht about writing a story what i have started after reading your comment! =) But as I had some time to do research for producing more complex movies, I just do not have enough time what is kind of sad but I dont want to give up other things so i have to live with that :D The reason why i actually wrote my first comment was because i felt/feel a bit lost(?) in the globalisation where i can not find cool places to relax

Fantastic tribute to the Era of Harry Potter! I remember my dad reading the books to my siblings and I years and years ago, and loving them then! I cried watching this especially when Dobby died. I must admit, this brought tears to my eyes. Since I was 8, I have known Harry, Hermione, Ron, Dumbledore, Snape and all the others. To think that is now ending, is heartbreaking...But we all know Harry Potter will never really die, but evolve and chance over time. Mischief managed. It all ends here, together with my childhood. I consider myself extremely lucky to have grown up with Harry Potter. Thank you, J.K. Rowling, for all the life lessons you gave me with your books. You've created an imaginary world that for many readers was real. I feel like part of me died with Sirius, Mad-Eye, Hedwig, Dobby, Lupin, Tonks, Fred, etc. Harry Potter will always live in my heart, and will always be one of the best memories of my childhood. Oh. My. God. I almost CRIED watching this. I will MISS Harry Potter so much, it's incredible...I watched every movie like a houndred times and read every book even more often.
