Tenacious D. Jazz Or Rock, doesn't matter, they do great music, gotto give them that, also, super hilarious duo, and trio. Enjoy!

Nothing makes me happier than imagining someone who's never heard of the show before randomly flipping to the channel only to see Craig and Secretariat dancing to Tenacious D playing jazz

While I was aware of the Craig Ferguson show, I never saw it when it was on. Yet I randomly ran across this and quickly my thought was, Why the hell are these guys and why should I give a crap about them? I very quickly answered myself with, Who the hell cares who these guys are, and pause the video, leave this comment and get the (blank) away from these morons.

I saw the first appearance live. I was confused because I saw the Tenacious D movie years before and was expecting a metal album. At first i thought it was a joke, but by the end i thought they really changed genres

Tenacious D is no joke. They have a couple albums that went top ten in the US and they've gone multi-platnum. Their songs are good and Kyle is an accomplished musician. He's good on that guitar. Also, if you haven't had the chance, watch their movie Pick of Destiny. Hilarious

Oh my god that was the best example of unbridled creativity seen on television in a decade. All three guys so on point. Four if you count Secretariat. He was the stable element on the show.

Jack Black said something along the lines that they would never make it extremely to the top in fame because people don't take them seriously. Though Craig's audience does not extinguish the fire with that, I'd be to differ that there are folks out there that see their musical genius not shadowed by humor alone. Elton John complimented Jack Black as being a musical genius. If Elton John calls you that, you are that.
