You can request an increase on the limit. Normally, your bank account has to average over a certain limit, however.

Maybe she can correct it, maybe not. Not to make excuses for her, but it is an unfortunate situation for those who are financially insecure.

At first, i thought she could be a shut in, but she made it to court. It is called a BANK, go to your bank and withdraw the money. Why would anyone go to so many atms to get cash, all those fees, she makes absolutely zero sense. I question all other life decisions she has made, is she a mental health patient? Not to make excuses for her… but an explanation. I know an individual that is unable to get a bank account at any traditional banks (too many overdrafts, ghosting the institutions, etc) so their only option is an online bank or paycheck debit cards. There is no physical bank to walk into. A big problem with the financially insecure.

A lot of younger people don't use banks. My young adult son used CashApp and PayPal until I convinced him to get a regular account (which he likes much better!). Some people have messed up their finances/credit so badly they can't get a checking account. I'm not sure how bad it has to be unless it's due to running up overdrafts or writing bad checks everywhere, but there are people out there who can't even get a basic checking account.

I work with people that suffer from ST and LT memory loss/deficits, that’s not what this gal has…now perhaps undiagnosed ADHD, etc., but more than anything she doesn’t seem to think the rules apply to her. And yes, I’ve also had ID theft issues, etc., it certainly makes for more work, you can still keep your traditional bank(s) you just have to communicate (in person at first helps) what’s going on, and have higher security measures in place, and the ability to be alerted for every transaction, etc., likely there’s far more to the story and her added BS of “you can’t pour from an empty cup” aka she’s tired/ stressed from work therefore she’s no longer liable to take care of any responsibilities in her life is a joke. I couldn’t get an age on her, but she is the one needing an “adulting” mentor, how can she possibly help others when 1.) she doesn’t have the knowledge to help herself and 2.) she can’t seem to execute anything bc she “forgets” and so on… I’m guessing she has an interesting background and if we are going with the Dr. Phil platitudes, I’ll offer one more, “people with nothing to hide, hide nothing.” So what’s she trying to hide?! I never even considered that I could have been on zoom when I was a witness in a trial. I’m going to look it up. It was somewhat humorous. I didn’t even understand why I was summoned because I saw absolutely nothing and all I did was call 911 and repeat what was said to me by the person who saw someone leaving the scene of a very petty vandalism charge. One of the attorneys kept asking me what i said to dispatch but I couldn’t remember, so I told them that I repeated what was said to me by the other witness but this wasn’t enough and they started getting rude so I asked if he heard the call with dispatch and he said yes. I asked him why they’ve wasted days of my time making me sit in the lobby when I had chemo infusions scheduled and had to keep postponing. The judge gulped and then gave me a look after giving the attorneys a look 😂
