I accidentally backed my Jeep up into my Hubby about 15 years ago. He was standing by his work van and I think my flip flops got caught in the accelerator and my Jeep FLEW backwards about 20feet. His work van was parked backwards, with the rear van doors open. Thank GOD he wasn’t right in between the two vehicles as it would have taken his legs off! He was just to the side of the bumpers so the van door clipped him and sent him FLYING all the way to the middle of the street. He was knocked out cold, flat on his back. Ambulance came and took us to the hospital, they suspected a possible hip and/or back injury, luckily none! We went home later that night, he was incredibly sore for about a week. My Jeep was totaled. What he didn’t have was any head injury, and he hit blacktop! It was an awful experience, I felt horrible for it and it could have been so much worse. Something about this case just never sat right with me, hoping Karen is found not guilty and that John’s Family finds peace.

As if historically there isn't a countless number of cases involving false confessions. I just don't understand people discounting evidence and scientific data over eyewitness testimony of a "confession". Not to mention the lack of investigation by LE. It feels like the CW is trying to either gaslight the public or they are lacking in common sense and should rethink their careers. I spend so much time trying to understand what the CW expected to achieve with this case because it is hard to imagine they didn't realize that almost everyone involved look really bad. I wanted to mention 2 things: 1. First expert who built the glass-yeeting cannon said that the force required to mimic the damage to the taillight plastic ALSO caused damage to the bits inside the plastic as well. AFAIK, there was no damage to KR's taillight beyond the plastic cover. 2. The brain "swelling" that's talked about isn't brain inflammation. It's to do with blood being released from vessels inside the brain or adjacent to the brain tissue. The brain tissue volume doesn't in itself change so much as blood within the brain tissue starts to take up space and the skull is an enclosed vessel. As blood continues to be pumped to the brain from the heart the volume of blood in the brain tissue, and thus the enclosed skull, increases and the intracranial pressure increases. That pressure begins to squeeze the brain tissue, crush it in effect, plus it can displace it, eg with a bleed on the right, the brain is shifted left and pressed against the left side of the skull. When it's severe enough, the brain tissue is eventually forced out of the bottom of the skull into the brain stem and top of the spine, called herniation or "coning". That's what happened to JOK according to the ME

These are TRUE, disinterested professionals. The facts are the facts and that is their testimony. It was so disappointing to hear the Medical Examiner say “it is likely and unlikely at the same time.” She was toeing the line instead of just stating the facts.

He went into the house and got into a physical beef with Higgins because Karen was hitting on him. The dog got involved. John either fell and cracked his head, or was hit on the back of the head. The gang put him outside to die. They were hoping to pin it on the snow plow, but Karen showed up, so they framed her. They hated her, and in their misogyny, they rationalized the blaming/framing her, thinking it was basically all Karen's fault anyway.

To any lawyers: do you think that fact that the Commonwealth didn't use the actual reconstruction experts that were equally available to them is telling? I'm not convinced by the 'set-up' argument by the defence, but it does make me suspicious that the Commonwealth didn't use the experts as it doesn't fit their narrative. I wonder if they did try to find actual experts who also disagreed with their hypothesis of mechanism.

I’m over here thinking now what am I going to do with my time….. hopefully I find another interesting trial sleepy at many times but ugh haha guess I better start looking then keep an eye out for what happens next….. probably won’t see anything for moths because you know they will file an appeal unless feds are waiting for this to be over to have a more solid case as to them (the bsers in this case) trying to say they didn’t check all avenues. So when she is found not guilty they have no one or nothing to Blame.

I am so excited Wrenchler said the bellybutton is the center!! As a dance teacher, for pirouettes, of which round of applause to Jackson for his beautifully demonstrated pirouette complete with spotting, I would teach my students to line up their bellybutton above their knee and ball of foot of standing leg, along with perpendicular hips like a shelf to hold a cup of hot cocoa, to find their center for their pirouettes. Along with many other components. Also, when we would practice staying in character without laughing or breaking character by doing staring contests with different faces, which is very fun and very helpful, if the class is mastering not laughing or looking away, I would say something to try to break their character and make it harder… my favorite word to say, which almost always worked, was BELLYBUTTON🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

The microscopic taillight particles in O'Keefe's cloths Lally was talking about are 0.0039 of an Inch. impossible to say it is the same material as Karens Lexus.. most busy roads are dusted by glass metal, concrete, paint, plastic connected to vehicles / accidents and road use. just microscopic dust piling up by wind and rainfall.
