Just learned something about zip ties. I'll hit my packs with some shipping tape and reopen. Thanks! Sometimes it's the tidbits! But usually something. Thanks again.

Brian, the sun rises in the east and sets in the west very elementary 😂. Good thing you didn’t have a step stool dam handyman doesn’t have multi position ladder ? Home Depot 18’ multi gorilla ladder $179. You got it up and it works👏👏
@thehandymanexperience226Ай бұрын
Haha I know I know but u should put the solar panel on the south side!!! I have that aluminum ladder in the back of my truck 😆 🤣
@pit4955Ай бұрын
@ rising in the east and setting in the west are reference points north and south are automatically figured out. The solar panel should be mounted on the roof for best performance ☀️ 🌞

“Okay... Don’t look at my ladder” LOL! Cool light install. I recently got a Ring with the extremely bright sensor lights which has been a godsend this year!
@thehandymanexperience226Ай бұрын
Thanks! Yea the ring lights are bright for sure! Definitely a easier way to put up a camera!

"Keep driving straight until I hit a Walmart then buy another GPS". 🤣 When I grew up all you could do was drive until you hit a gas station and then buy a map, so I HAD to learn compass directions. Life was hard. Spoiled kids.
@thehandymanexperience226Ай бұрын
Lol yea luckily I didn't really have to go off maps but if the grid goes down. Maps are a must!

I've never had anything solar powered last more than five minutes. What I did at home was lift the bedroom floorboards and attach a spur onto the mains wiring to power my outside light.
@thehandymanexperience226Ай бұрын
@@jamesknightreading yea if it goes bad I could always change out the battery. It's a rental so they liked the idea I'm sure it will last a year or 2

Are thoes drywall screws 😆 killing me. I only buy exterior screws for a reason no thinking about what ones work inside or outside. I've had bad luck with solar lights a year or two later internal battery fails and it's get a new unit. No warranty pasy 30 days right 😆 !
@thehandymanexperience226Ай бұрын
No warranty with property managers, only for my clients. I barely have any drywall screws, i used coated

@@thehandymanexperience226 glad my eyes deceived me! not like thoes plastic brackets can take much force from a screw anyways. good times!

If you want to test a photo eye during the day, put a piece of electrical tape over it
