Hi, I have a question or two about your 2" shoulder pad. I'm intending to use in on a Domke shoulder bag (F3x)... 1- Does the pad stay in the position you put it in? 2- I like to wear my bag on my right shoulder, then, after a while, change to wearing it across my body, so the bag is on my left side, but still using the strap on my right shoulder. Is the pad contoured in such a way that it only works wearing the bag one way, or can you move things around and still get the benefit of the pad? Thanks for your help!

The pad is designed to slide on the webbing it attaches to. It is designed to allow the strap to slide through it as a bag is shifted from back to front. But the non-slip grip material on the bottom means that the pad stays relatively stationary while the bag moves. And the strap is non directional so it will work on either shoulder back and forth without any modification necessary.
