Fantastic rods.. purchased mine must be 30 or more years ago.. still using her today.. still like new... and even had my pb carp on her At 20 lbs 11 oz.. a couple of years back.. its a rod I love so much I refuse to use anything else for any of my waggler fishing... big ups drennan 💙

I have this rod and put it o the test last weekend, and it really did the job, its a lovely through action as you said, but you feel in control all the time, great video, and thanks for the info, tight lines.

Superb rod brilliant design would not part with mine so easy to put together use mine with a centre pin! fishing for me at its best.. Recommended.

I think that rod looks superb , however I don’t think Drennan have ever made a poor rod , big fan …

What I wanna know is why Drennan Specialist rods don't go above 1.5lb test any more???? I would use all Drenna gear, but I fish big rivers, and there's nothing suitable. Can't even get the Tench and Bream rods any more. Why?? Rant over, fantastic angling, and I love the traditional tactics used to capture those beautiful Tincas 👌😎🎣👍🏻
