This does not make sense, you cannot register items like cars and a house bought on credit under anyone's name, until fully paid off these items belong to the bank, further more, it takes 7 months to a year to change title holder details once a house is completely paid off and all assets will belong to whomever the loan was too whilst under credit therefore it is impossible that any if those cars and houses could have been in Ndoros wife's name whilst still being paid off as it was Ndoros payslip and bank records that would have qualified them for a loan. This is just a false reasoning without evidence

You can do it my brother, you don't have to pay anything off in order to register it under someone else if there is a bond included, because bond makes everything complicated because it's appreciate everything which makes it possible to re sell it and make a settlement balance for other assets such as cars. Hakimi also did the same thing, all his assets were not paid off.

Nah fam you can't, not until you pay it off and also transfer costs for a house are 30% of actual value, minimum term for a house bond is between 15-30 years and until the bank receives the last cent, they hold onto the deed, you only have a loan and you cannot transfer ownership to anyone's name if they were not part of the application. If the house was valued at a million Rands paid off, Ndoro would have had to pay R300K to transfer the deed from his name to that of his wife, even when a house is fully paid off it takes between 6 months to a year before you get the title deed changed
