TENDER COCONUT PUDDING
Ingredients
1.Tender coconut water 300 ml(of 1 no)
2.Tender coconut tender flesh of- 1- no
3.Condensed milk 1- tin- 300ml
4.Boiled cooled milk 300ml
5.China grass 1 pkt (10 gm)
6.Sugar 3-4 tbsp
7.Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Preparation
1.Soak the chopped china grass in coconut water (10 mts)
2. Mix the milk and the sugar ,and condensed milk well,heat stirring,
boil,set aside.
3.Beat the tender flesh well,add to the boiled mixture.
4.Melt fully by heating the soaked china grass and the coconut water
very well ,add to the already set aside milk,condensed milk,coconut
flesh,stir well adding vanilla,tranfer to a flat dish,cover,cool 5-10hrs
and keep in the fridge to set.Serve when needed.
