Tendring District Council - Open Spaces Team

We have spent some time out and about with the Open Spaces team this Summer to see the amazing work that they do all over the Tendring District.🌷
They cover many roles such as:
Grass cutting across the entire whole district
Arboricultural Works
Grass cutting and grounds maintenance to 1 crematorium and 4 cemeteries.
Preparing a new Burial plot
Looking after the formal gardens (watering, planting, weeding)
Grass cutting and strimming to communal areas within our council housing
Strimming and hedge cutting
Clearing the sea front promenades of Tamarisk
Due to the weather this year, greenery has grown at a very fast rate, but the Open Spaces team are working as hard as possible to make sure all areas are looked after quickly and efficiently.
