You think that’s Bad! We arrived last friday, 50 mins delay sat on plain at Manchester ..arrived 5pm friday evening from boarding at 10.50. Took 2 hours yes two hours to get from arrival to case pick. Just organised chaos.from disembarking to taxi rank. Shuffled around like sheep in pens. After 24 years, using Tenerife for winter month vacation, I fear this will be our last. It’s got worse over the years. Somewhere new next year we think…. Something needs to be done re- passport control . In Tenerife!!!😮😮😮

Your right something needs doing and attitude at passport control when the officers are stamping your passport a smile doesn’t go a mis or thank you for coming to Tenerife

My partner as the app called AENA and updates your flight information we went to C as advised then checked the app said a but no gate number we waited until it gave B and gate number then updated again to A and walked down, Best advice I can give is just stay in the middle until it updates on the app it’s the same as you are looking at in the airport information board, thanks for the comment and I hope it helps you

just came home last wedensday jet2. the big secret is arrive 3 hours before flight in taxi, forget coach transfer as you are not going to be stuck in a large quew after check in instead of going straight to passport control head back outside for a last bit of rays to the small outside bar have a few beers or coffee reasonably priced food and then head back after maybe 1and a half hrs through customs and duty free grab a sandwich while all the sheep are queing up at the gate. then mosy on up with the last few you are well sorted and no grief apart from the little hitler at the second passport control . this plan works for us every time lol
