My favourite part of the day especially for sunbathing up to about 11 or 12 before the beaches get to busy then go for lunch and a beer or two then relax in the shade back at the hotel and have some more beer and a nap ready for the night another great vlog

The colors, the nice fresh temperature, just a few joggers, quiet.... The early mornings are so so nice in Las Americas. This is what I miss the most.. Time to really relax, time to think, and just time to feel grateful for the privilege to be able to go on a holiday to the best place I know. I probably can't go back before next summer, but then I will stay for 3 weeks. No doubt! Thank's again for how you present my favorite place on earth and for your positive way of being :-)

Hello Lee, what a different type vlog early morning the best time to appreciate this beautiful island of Tenerife. All our family have done the hill it’s not that bad from the other side there is a road halfway up and the Half built hotel is overlooking Los Cristanos.....We stay the other side of the hill in Hotel Compostella Golf 2 on the PDLA Golf course near Parque Santiago 6 Shopping Centre . We have just returned from Fuengirola again sun every day for 11 days I’m sat at home Lytham St Anne’s on a wet Saturday evening enjoying the walk we have done hundreds of times PDLA to LC just evening waiting to return in 9 weeks time. Remember this walk ,used to do it the other way round , our last visit to Tenerife was to Porto de la cruz in the north if you have any plans to visit it is well worth it the lido is magnificent, although we like Cristianos and Americas would love to return Porto again

Still fighting with holiday company Holiday Gems about this, shambolic and incompetent at best. I have forwarded an email from the hotel owners 3 days ago which states hotel will still be closed on my arrival date. Had I left it to them contacting me would have flown in to find my hotel closed. Not happy 😡

WE went for a scramble up that mountain back in 1986, when there were a lot less hotels in Los Cristianos. Be prepared for a slog, as it's fairly steep and i really couldn't manage it now. On our journey up the hill we met an elderly English fella (I would be that "elderly" fella now!) with loads of 5 gallon plastic containers, which he was filling with natural spring water. It saved us a fortune, as it was better than the bottled water in the supermarkets 😁😁😁

We were heading out for food and i asked my kids how many high fives they thought i could get if i run the length of the path.. Santa Cruz can be covered in one vlog, the commercial centre is fairy small and walkable, with a bit of home work, it’s worth doing, also a bus or cab gets you to Las Teresitas beach which is just north of the city. Candelaria is south of the city and would also be worth a vlog.

Macmaster! You mentioned the los christianos mountain, its Montaña Chayofita and you can watch the sunrise up over the mountains I got the family up at 6am to climb it a couple of years ago.... amazing views of LosChris and PDLA!!! I'd love to send you some pictures (see my Instagram chips_1971)
