Watching on a TV I found the Samsung picture was a little clearer with a little less pixelation when suddenly moving. You may want to check the settings on the DJI. I know “Walk with me Tim” uses the DJI and usually the quality good .

CHESTER GANG!! No joke but I'm from round there too, pretty unexpected. That little lad was a legend though. Personally wouldn't call the city that amazing lol, not really much to do there (it's nice if you want a bit of history, but otherwise, eh). Though seeing the place every goddamn day might contribute to that because it can get tiring.

Camera 1 is better. Better handling of exposure, highlights and better in the shade. It was better you tested them on a cloudy day rather than a sunny day. The differences are more noticeable.
