@@nexoknight4551 well you gotta remember that gyutaro only beat him because everyone there was dragging him down. hear me out on this one. if you go to when gyutaro first appeared, there were people in the background alongside tanjiro and others. Tengen obviously doesnt want to hurt them by using his full destructive power. After all, that would just make him a crappy hashira. Because of that however, tengen gets slashed by gyutaro and is weakened for the rest of the fight. Even still, he puts up a tremendous fight against gyutaro but the poison ends up being too much for him losing an arm in the process. The whole fight, he was saving others. He saved tanjiro countless times (just rewatch it and count) When he awakens after stopping the poison, he realizes that the district is completely destroyed. Then he saves tanjiro AGAIN and now uses his full power to fight gyutaro. This still isnt his full power because he is missing an arm and can’t hold his weapon properly. (which i can only assume is why he kept changing his stance when he saved tanjiro) Then he goes ham on gyutaro with one arm and tanjiro jumps in, tengen loses an eye and tanjiro beheads gyutaro. I’m pretty sure without tanjiro, tengen would’ve managed to cut gyutaro’s head off but thats a whole different debate that really doesn’t matter. Bottom line, the entertainment district’s end fight might have been extremely entertaining, but also extremely unfair on tengen’s part. @@mightbejoseph1590 tengen was going for the kill on gyutaro but because gyutaro reflex he was slice and poisoned, the rest of the fight he have the help of tanjiro to combat against gyutaro, in fact when tanjiro go against daki with inosuke and zenitsu, tengen lost. If tengen was alone he woul been dead, no hashira can beat alone an upper moon( muichiro wins against gyokko because he awaken the mark) so tengen have no chance against gyutaro. Stop overrated him he is the weakest hashira.

@@marianobarbuto110 tengen only got poisoned because there were people still there and he couldn’t go all out. as seen with literally every one of his moves, they are extremely dangerous (as they literally cause explosions). So when gyutaro appears and there are still civilians in the house (u can rewatch the scene to see for urself) he cant go all out and use his explosions at free will because there are still people on the house and the neighboring houses. (at one point when everyone seems to have evacuated he uses explosions) even then he is weakened. he saves tanjiro abt 4-6 times. stop underrating my man tengen. especially when you have no solid evidence of doing so.

At first Tengen had an advantage, Gyutaro was coming out of Daki's body and Tengen tries to hit him, but Gyutaro is on another level and thanks to his reflexes he dodges Tengen, who trying to attack him the second time, is injured. See tengen was not at a disadvantage as he was the one who had the first move. Another important thing if there had not been Tanjiro, Inosuke, Zenitsu and Nezuko, Tengen would have died and gone, although it is true that tengen helped Tanjiro, the opposite is also true. Ultimately Tengen faced the weaker Upper Moon and almost died there (alive thanks to the trio + Nezuko) other Pillars instead fought with stronger Upper Moons. I would say that you are overestimating Tengen.

Her reflexes have increased, and also as she said this is "true strength", I inserted this form just for comparison. If anything Daki said all this in 88 chapter 18 page if I'm not mistaken. Gyutaro attacked them all after giving his sister the eye. Gyutaro did not show his Full Power. But have you seen his crazy travel speed.
