Hi! S.Mownishaa 😄 Yes, You can boil the coconut milk since this is a "Masak Lemak" recipe. We add the coconut milk with the sauteed blended paste whereby just to point it out, as we added bird's eye chili to make the blended paste. Adding coconut milk will not seperate "pecah minyak", so don't worry. Give a try this absolutely delicious recipe 😋 I hope this helps you out. keep in touch 😍
