13:21 There are no different races of people in this show. This show focuses on Japan only. Also, Kiruko is *not* a trans and he didn't identify as a he, he simply is a he. Episode 3 will explain why.

Not trans, yes but not divorced from the idea either. Kiruko's situation (and character arc) is unavoidably related to trans issues with identity, regardless of how we got there.
