She isn't trying to fight back, she isn't trying to threaten Vi or act irrationally. It's a grown up Powder who understands how she needs one of her closest people left. So she is able to contain that psycho side of her for the most part. Which, in her case, is commendable. Remembering how she couldn't control it earlier

I really enjoyed this scene. 1) It literally their first sisterly moment as adults. While to that point VI "almost completely" given up on getting her sister back as "Powder", she has gotten her sister as a confident adult ( or teen ) right down to the little cat fight grown siblings would have right down to the bickering and hair pulling. The problem with Vi in season 1 was she only saw her sister as that scared unconfident little girl and that's what she was trying to force back on her. 2) After Isha gets hurt VI see herself in Jinx caring for Isha. ( Final thought) In a way this is the moment that they needed and probably would have had if the Firelights ( or Caitlyn ) hadn't showed up. Given how this Act ended, I feel if Vander had fully come back a lot character conflicts would be resolved

Jinx takes a lot of care of Isha, because she's the kind of person who NEEDS to have someone dear in her life. Despite that, Jinx allowed Isha to follow her and engaged her in her plans, including saving Vander. Powder would have never been allowed to engage with dangers like these. Isha feels important for Jinx and her plans, something that Powder never got to truly enjoy.

Its such a heart wrenching moment when the tears fall from Jinx's eyes as Vi is choking her. I can imagine it reminded Vi of the last time she made her sister cry. The same sister Vander told her to take care of with his dying breath. Despite trying to convince herself Powder is dead, despite all the things Jinx has done till this point, deep down Vi still sees the little sister she once swore to protect. At the same time, Im sure what's going through Jinx's head as she looks in Vi's rage filled eyes is how far they've been driven apart, that the sister she once so deeply admired is now choking the life out of her, that on some level it's deserved, and how she wishes things were different.

I don’t think she was incompetent. Jinx wanted to prove herself as a child and often compared herself to Vi. I find that Isha doesn’t feel that need when she’s with Jinx. I also don’t think Vi is a bad sister. She always wanted the best for Jinx, but living in Zaun put them in bad situations.

Jinx isn't the better sister. Given the circumstances between their living situation and the girls themselves, it would be easier to take care of Isha than Powder. Isha was fearless, mentally stabled, confident, and competent. Powder was cowardice, incompetent, mentally ill, and lacked a lot of confidence. Jinx didn't have to look out for anyone else except Isha while Vi had to give Claggor and Mylo her attention, too. Vi was focusing on always boosting Powder's confidence up and making her strong. Jinx can just play with Isha all day since she has nothing to worry about. Vi is the better sister.

I don't understand why some people say Vi is bad and stupid? Vi is really strong and lovely. I agree Jinx is also great, but they blame Vi for everything. Vi betrayed her sister? Jinx serves Silco, he harms people with shimmer, Jinx also rebels and attacks others. Vi is like Vander, she is balanced between the two, whether they are people in Piltover or Zaun, Vi will not harm them if they are good. Friend. VI HAS EMOTION! Vi was desperate and scared, Vi left Powder at home because she was worried about her (Jinx kept saying she was ready??) and everyone said Jinx was pitiful that no one believed in her (Vi cheered for Powder). a lot) and what was Jinx interested in at that time? Screaming "I just want to help"?. I don't see her feeling sorry for her teammates at all, just excuses (Does Jinx not know how to think? Can't she be as mature as Vi at her age? Vi has practiced, lived well) - sorry to sound a bit negative but I understand maybe Powder isn't good and lack of recognition... :)) Vi accidentally said something but Jinx immediately changed her attitude and hated Vi (Vi was very patient with Jinx, moreover they are family!!) She just sat there crying and blaming her sister? JINX LIKES JUST WANT TO BE RECOGNIZED WITHOUT CARE OF VI'S FEELINGS And Vi had to spend 7 years in a damn prison hoping to return to Jinx... During the war...Vi was just a child, but she wasn't afraid. Powder was so sheltered that she was selfish. I try to understand Jinx and love her rebellious side but Jinx fans keep complaining about Vi being bad? Why don't you blame Jinx for blowing up the building (killing Vi in the parallel universe), killing Vander and his friends, harming innocent people... but blame Vi for not helping Jinx or caring for Jinx? Who cares about Vi? Jinx doesn't want to fall in love, that's Jinx's decision, but do they blame Vi for abandoning her sister for being so in love with girls? Vi had her life, Vi had feelings and Vi was patient with Jinx. Not really. You gotta understand that Piltover oppressed their people mercilessly for YEARS on end. Vander and Silco wanted to do something about it but had different views. Jinx felt like shooting a missile at the council building was her way of letting piltover know that they weren’t going to roll over anymore, and the people of Zaun were behind that, they always were. Them getting locked up by Noxians is not “Jinx’s mess,” she came out of hiding to rescue them and Isha. S2 Jinx was pretty much 2nd guessing her methods and realizing she was hurting innocent people for no reason, which is WHY she went into hiding. In THAT particular moment, her calling herself a hero to the people of zaun isn’t far fetched at all.
