Seems like me like you could buy a spool of Amnesia low memory level mono line in 30lb weight,and get the same thing as you're showing here. 100 yards costs less than $10.00,and it casts fine.

Sir I'm just starting got a set up, confused a bit, does thing line sink, float? And do you normally cut like you said 9,10, a5ft leader and fish like this or tie to forked line?

You can not find colored fluorocarbon line in the US. You can order this from Japan via Amazon for 16$ for 50m.
