Man Aidoo was either playing scared or something, I don't know what was going on with him but Barnes was smart to limit his minutes. Awaka stepped up in a big way. Knecht did Knecht things. But man. Zeigler. Knecht is a better scorer but Zeigler is the lifeblood of that team. Playing every minute as hard as he does and as efficient as he does is so impressive, and he creates so many opportunities for everyone else. So glad he got to get a chance to come back and get to this point after last year, he earned it. Creighton fans, heads up, you guys have some great talent. Sorry for not remembering his name, i'm still high on a UT win, but your all american showed why he was an all american. Amazing game, had something close to 30 points (again sorry for not remembering, I'm still living in the moment here). Made opportunities on our defense where there really wasn't any. I think your center caught the same scared bug that Aidoo did, two feet from the rim as a 7 footer not dunking the ball wide open, but everyone else was impressive. Ashworth has a little attitude (I remember his name because they were calling out the Zeigler matchup with him all night) but he backs it up. The guy that missed the layup at the end, you can tell it was an off night for him and I feel for him, you can tell that he was a difference maker though for you this year. Nothing but good things to say, best of luck next year. Poorly officiated game on both ends, we got some calls we shouldn't have (sorry Knecht, you definitely touched that ball going out of bounds), we definitely fouled Creighton sometimes and weren't called for it, but luckily the bad officiating sort of evened out for both of us.
