I've loved this PeeWee King Classic ever since, as a teenager, I heard Patti Page's hit single on the radio. I recorded this tune as an instrumental duet with Martin Simpson on my CD, "Just For The Love of It," but decided to try playing it on my brand new signature model Santa Cruz HT/13. Like everything else, it changes a little each time I play it, but this is a reasonably good representation of what I do. I hope you enjoy it.

I sure loved this. You and John Knowles are the best on this song. I really love that Db chord where you reach up for the bass note. I never saw that before. You guitar is beautiful and sounds great. One time Richard Hoover showed Wayne Henderson, David Lay and myself through the factory. They make some fine stuff for sure.

Thanks, Eddie! That's a huge compliment, coming from a great picker like you. And to put me in the same sentence as John Knowles sure gets my attention. You are two of my guitar heroes, so I'm humbled by the comparison - no matter how far-fetched it might be.
