July 2016 - My mom and dad, both 86 yrs old, still danse to this as we all did, living nearby to musician cousins in Québec - and mom and dad are still crazy in love - must be the waltz....

Love your fiddling and your videos so much I looked for the book and was sorely disappointed to discover the digital price is the same as the print price. E-books have no printing, shipping, warehousing or material costs, which can be 20-40% of what it costs to produce a printed book. One of the most pushed reasons for people to buy E-books is the savings that can be realized as well as the "green" benefits. Such a real shame the pricing on this book doesn't pass those savings on to the customers.
