With you being an athlete, that may be hard, but it takes time to heal. Also, I can't wait for the popular vote, it's common sense now. We should have done this years ago. I also have to say, that after playing tennis my whole life, we put a pickleball court in our back yard...kinda sad.

When you get comfortable with it, hold some weight during inversions. Works best with some wrist hooks so you can keep your hands relaxed. You'll wanna raise the inversion table up to allow full stretch. Start low and work up. I'm currently holding 55 pounds. It has done wonders for me. Body weight alone does not provide adequate traction for more than mins of temporary effect.

14:00 yeah child's pose and the knee windshield wiper thing is good. You gotta strengthen your lower back muscles with kettlebell hinges. Just start with 20 lbs. Keep the back nice and straight and hinge at the hips up and down slowly, not super deep but only like 90 degrees max or even less at first. Dont bend the knees too much (it's a hip hinge, not a squat). Set the feet with heels just wider than hip width and toes slightly pointed out
