BPR/self-talk work off the court/narrow skill-range/keys to kingdom/this series: All great stuff! Just re: the negative/positive moments: I have an over-active judgmental mind and Djoker helped me with: "Whoever recovers quickest from The Traveler (thoughts of past/future), wins." So this is sort of another element of my BPR (and I think, Agassi's): If error: "What I meant to do was...." If winner: "Yes, I did X right!" maybe quick mental video replay or actual shadow stroke. Then," What's important now? (Coach Jorge: W.I.N.) - how to start next point, what's working, what don't those opponents want, what do I want to focus on? PS. Hah: sometimes a partner wants a big celebration of winner, whereas I want to get back to the process.

Love all of your comments. Especially Andre's. 'What I meant to do instead'. What's helped me with that is rewind a visual in my head of what that actually looks like. Making it visual for me is stronger than just the words.

Most people consider it quite annoying or bush league....

Not on the pro tour. Which unfortunately seems to be where everyone else wants to copy what they do.
