I usually spray that shot out of bounds.

Recreate that situation with a practice partner. Get in lots of reps and you’ll figure out how to get control of your underspin forehand.

I get bored hitting the same kind of shot during a rally, so I like to go to slices and underspins. I also don’t want my opponent to get in a groove just hitting my topspin or flat-like shots. On another subject, what size racket head do you play with?
