What tension does Coach Rob go with the NXT? Also, I'm finding that high tension on a poly is less forgiving and sometimes hard to control because there is less ball pocketing/dwell time. Are you finding the same that there comes a point where too high of a tension may take away control?

How does poly differ from the old Pro Blend Kevlar hybrid strings? It was used primarily for longevity but like polys it didn’t stretch at all. If I was playing against someone 4.0 or lower who was using Problend and at the net. I’d immediately step forward because they couldn’t consistently hit penetrating volleys because the string had no rebound and couldn’t project the ball compared to regular multis. You had to have a 4.5 and above skill level to hit decent volleys with Problend. Does poly string suffer from this same problem?

@@MrPBODY1966 oh, I see. In that case there is zero evidence of lead exposure causing CANCER. but it can cause a whole bunch of other problems, especially in young kids. That’s why I use the silicone weight strips. And I make sure and wash my hands with soap after handling lead.

Is the string measured along the circumference or the diameter? For instance if a string measures 130, is that measurement the circumference or the diameter?
