Yes, I think the looseness is the single most important characteristic you should look for when playing, and possibly one of the most difficult to achieve, because the edge between focused and tense is very thin. That's also why it's so difficult to avoid double faulting: while you want to play nice and safe, you instead get stiff and mess it up
