Very nice video as always. However, I would recommand to change the upright rows for face pulls with bands. Upright rows (when doing it with too much weigth and in general) isn't really healthy for your shoulders. To prevent muscle imbalance in the shoulder region and strengthen the rotatorcuff muscles and rear delts, I myself would recommand the face pulls.

vickforest the upright row is an essential part (e.g. high pull {kzbin.info/www/bejne/gmG2m2CXaNJ2apI} or clean receive {kzbin.info/www/bejne/oXvWkKGoeqtqe6s}) during Olympic lifts and hence should be learned early on for neural motor skills/patterns so that the athlete can perform more complex, powerful exercises in later training phases. If the exercise is performed correctly (e.g. bar remains on or below nipple level) then shoulder joint integrity is not compromised; it also states in the video that the amount of weight being lifted is not the focus here. The face pulls with bands is a great exercise and can also be implemented if desired.

Thanks for your reaction. Could you give some examples of more complex, powerful exercises in later training phases after the high pull / clean / upright row that are benefitial for a tennis athlete ?. And I must agree on the upright row explanation that you gave about staying below nipple level. Ofcourse weigth isn't the focus what you indeed stated. Just starting to learn more about tennis and the strength / conditioning part of it, since I'll be training tennis players (beginners / recreational). I want to learn as much as possible ofourse.
