Nick should be a top 5 player, if he put in more ground work he would be. But he's top 30 which is awesome but so much talent, don't give up mate

Nick's an artist (and a beast) but not machine, like Dustin Brown, Monfils, Rios, Nastase ... crazy talent beats anybody just not every day.

why doesn't jordy lean in to his shots. almost feels like he backs off and flicks at it. nick on the other hand leans his weight on the ball

It's 6/24/2024 and the best server in the world is drinking beers on a couch in Australia. Most likely to never pick up a racket again.

Short and slappy shots. Can surprise you though since they pop so much when he flicks them to you.

Nick's forehand is always lack of racquet drive and just flick his wrist. it's safer and much easier to prepare but won't be powerful enough to damage the opponent. that's why his ground stoke is not his best weapon.

Did you even watch the video? Look at the power and spin on his forehand. It’s a next gen forehand where he gets his elbow high w lots of racquet lag.

My word your word is just personal expression or opinions . You will see his achievements if he is powerful enough as his title on his way . Which is I do not believe it won’t be happen.

Wtf kyrgios forehand is probably the hardest on tour. The only reasons he is not top 10 is consistency and focus.

Bro his forehand is mega powerful and has great pace and spin. His racket head spread makes up for his lack of coward drive (even tho slow motion shows he gets plenty of drive). Just like jack sock, he plays a lot of loopy forehand shots, but both players are known for their powerful forehands. They can hit flat and hard or loop it. All that was shown here is his rally ball. It matches, you can see how hard and flat he can hit. The one against fed at the lager cup shows this to great effect. Just because the player “flicks” his wrist in the stroke does not mean it is not as powerful or as driven. If the racket moves forward fast enough, even for a split second, it can generate great power.

Ugly? Nick swats the ball at will, even off the ground with greater speed. It's simple and beautiful.
