Hm for Domi it's by far the easiest to play Roger (overall H2H stats 5 - 2 for Domi and 5 - 1 since Domi's freshman phase) but even though I adoooore Roger, it will be a hard way back after the long injury and the lack of practice.. the probability that both Domi and him will make it to the final of the same tournament in the next years is probably not very high.. reaching the final means that both of them need to defeat either Rafa or Djoker earlier in the tournament
@wearefayaz
@wearefayaz 4 жыл бұрын
@@belindamelissa8801 the probability of Federer recovering back to normal is bleak...upon that the probability of Thiem and Fed meeting in a grand slam is much lesser I wouldn't fancy chances on just Thiem but also Medvedev, Tsitsipas and Zverev on beating one of the trio to win GS...that too in late future

Fun fact: Thiem has only played once against a Big 3 member on grass - and he won 😄 and it was rookie Dominic against Roger
@SJ-di5zu
@SJ-di5zu 4 жыл бұрын
@@Sergio_Gonzales6 Thiem knows how to move on grass, so he’s significantly ahead of the next gen. He also has shortened his backswing, learned how to flatten the ball, he doesn’t rely on spin serves anymore and is hitting his spots better, so I think he can do well on grass. The glaring problem is his return. He needs to return better if he wants to win Wimbledon. Hence why I expect the big 3 to continue winning Wimbledon for the next 2-3 years, but Thiem can spoil the party if he has 2 weeks of great returning like Tsitsipas did at the ATP Finals last year. Thiem has adapted his game so well like what Nadal did around 2007 to translate his game on clay to grass.

Easily the 4th best player between 2017-2021. He was always capable of competing with the big 3... except for Wimbledon he never liked the grass courts too much but clay and hard court he could beat all 3 of them and has done so fairly consistently in that time. At this point I think it's safe to say he'll never reach that level again and that's just what it is, I just want to see him win 1 more tournament, that's it.

if you are new and dont play on a regular basis it should be okay, but if you start playing once or more a week you should get a pair of tennis shoes. Its better for the court and they are way more stabilising in the ankle area, so wont twist over that easy.

1:04 I think we also need to admire Djoker’s elegant dive-roll 👏👏👏 Beautiful athleticism (I’m not being sarcastic, like no Djoke, that shit was 🔥)
