Yeah the main thing you don't want to do is get rid of your healer who pretty much saved you from being poisoned to death by a Hydra if he wasn't there they would probably be dead even though his spells are not that powerful they're still freaking useful for example .if a monster bashes your head who's going to heal that head or if your arm gets broken into multiple pieces by a Golem who exactly is going to heal your arm. I mean I've seen a lot of manga like this pretty much the party members kick out a helpful party member but don't realize that their party member was keeping them alive until they kick him out eventually they get badly injured and want to take revenge on their healer or useful party member who's actually very helpful.🤔🤔🤔😏😏😏

After that they decide to try and sell off their other team members who actually has some sense and tries to get the team back on the right path. They are stopped by the healer(not MC) and her companion, the high ranker, and sent away for punishment for kidnapping to spend the rest of their lives as slaves. After the MC was kicked out, he had little to no contact with the former team apart from being asked to return. The former team didn't try and ruin the MC's life and the MC wasn't out for revenge. It's the guild itself that's after the MC for some reason. So it's not the same old story with a different coat of paint.

Every writer should ask themselves "is this a story that needs to be told" and "has this story been told before"? Some of these revenge stories were pretty good like the one where the hero is killed by the princess so he basically seduces his brainless god and gets sent back with grim reaper powers. That's okay because at least he died to get those powers. I think he went to hell itself and tricked the devil. It was a different twist making it worthy to exist.

This is some low IQ storytelling from people who haven't played an MMO or RPG before. The Healer and Tank are more necessary than the group leader. The trinity works, it works better if everyone trusts and understands each role. Defective leadership becomes obvious, so does corrupt leadership once there's a body count. Throwing out a healer is madness. you'll likely not get another healer that can deal with group drama. Especially the politics in the group. And the defective leadership. You can replace a hero, you can't replace healing, tactics or intelligence. The guild also refusing to disband is going to be fatal. Going in with a mixed / hybrid class is normal if you can't have a full raid group. Especially a Hydra/ dragon type, move the hydra into a fixed or narrow location so it can't run or turn on the damage group, or swing the tail/neck. If you can't bottleneck, push/pull the dragon against a wall to avoid battering/swipe/claw damage.

"you hardly do anything. get the fuck out you pest" is the most common thing now in story telling. even if someone's a healer or just any supporter class. like that's there fucking job to save everyone's asses. the common reason is the leader is to busy being on top to really give a damn. and we got enough of that story telling. what makes this so damn dumb. healers and supporters are freaking rare in there world. and the people just agree what a group leader says and wasting rare classes? what the fuck?
