I do this naturally without knowing it, relaxing my shoulders and not locking my arms. I just listen to my body and adjust accordingly. Maybe there's more to ancestral body mechanics than what we do now!

Trying to think of a mental queue to keep from raising the shoulders. Would actively "crushing the armpits" work? Noticed if I do that it bring my shoulders down and more power to the "bench press muscles".
