As for the amount of effort to move the tensioner I suggest 3 sets of 12 two or three times a week. ;^) Love this channel, btw.

Great video, I have a Honda Odyssey, when it’s cold I hear a squeaking in noise like a bad tensioner but It was replaced at 202k miles with full timing belt replacement . But when it warms up it goers away. Any ideas ?
