Matt definitely instigated. But, Lexi did far worse. She sexually harassed Lloyd. She made at least one racist/bigoted comment. She pushed Mzi. She threatened Matt. Plus, she was lazy as hell. She ordered Delaney around while eating chips. She offered nothing. At least Matt’s cooking pleased the guests. Katie wanted Lexi gone. But, micro-managing Sandy made Katie keep her. Matt should have been fired, yes. But, Sandy admitted that the replacement wasn’t as good. In the end, guests and their happiness wins. Matt was needed. Lexi was not.

Captain Sandy is so babysitting, 1st off Katie has no leadership skills, if she would have shut Lexi down at the get go. 2 Matthew was disrespected by Lexi at the beginning, I’ve never seen a crew member get away with such disrespect as Lexi she was so vile and bratty from the beginning. , she outright disrespected everyone and could careless! 3rd when a crew member is injured always report it , I was so shocked that it wasn’t reported. I’m actually surprised the crew are allowed to get so drunk , I know they are adults but seriously questioning it at this time.

I don't think Katie could correct Lexi's behavior even Katie tried to correct Lexi in the beginning. Lexi is not the kind of person who would listen to other people she felt not up to her status, and she believes she is high and mighty because she is soooooo rich. I think she probably only semi listening to the captain in the whole ship because the captain had not directly criticized her. I personally feel Lexi is a lost cause. I think she was just there to make some connection in show business.

I think that the reason why no one has Lexi's back is because Lexi has been kind of shitty to everyone. The comments about money are really unhelpful. It's unfortunate that Lexi is on camera, dealing with a terrible grief in a stressful situation. Very few people grieve gracefully. I would like to know if she is better human under normal circumstances. And then there's Matt....I would love to know what his history is. Does this dude have friends? I was wondering why Malia never got a doctor for David. I think that was a bit of an oops. I think she is a good leader and it's irrelevant who she slept with. When does a mans past sexual history become part of the conversation in relation to his job position?

Let's count: Lexi physically assaulted Mzi by shoving him. Got verbally abusive with the entire crew. Threatened Matt with physical violence and told him that his parents should have aborted him. So, I think that Matt saying her parents should have done a better job with her and that no one in the group likes her is not an attack as much as stating the truth. Glad she got fired so crew can relax and enjoy the last 2 charters.

At first I thought Katie was a great chief stew, but now....Not so much...She would make a great second stew, she has poor management skills. By reducing the service crew to two, she gives the clients worse service, puts stress on the deck team as they will need to help out, puts stress on the chef... It was daft to not bring Delany back. At the end of the day, stewards are high paid cleaners and waiters, and that is not rocket science to train up to a standard with the a hgh wage packet as incentive.

@@kadrian9482 In life there are all sorts, but i prefer nice, helpful, considerate, loyal people. On the boat they live together, so the best situation is to have all good people. One wrong one, is like a rotten apple in a barrel of good apples. The rot goes everywhere. If you have a bitchy chief stew, then you will find the same attitude in others, if you have a nice one like Katie, you stand a good chance of a great team. But, and it is a big but, she needs to really be on top of what is going on and get rid of any bad apples immediately before the rot sets in. I find it hard to believe she ran a big team before, unless she was exceptionally lucky and all of them were "nice". All the crew seem to be a bit creative when it comes to CV's.

Katie was bothered by Delaney because Delaney came in and did the stew job without proper training…Katie didn’t even bother to help Delaney. She left Lexi to train her. Before Delaney even came on the yacht, Captain Sandy told Katie that Delaney is deck trained. So why was Katie surprised to find out Delaney wasn’t stew trained. She already knew it. No leadership skills. Katie getting an upset stomach every time she had to make a decision is ridiculous.

A quick summation: Lexi fired... Good news. Problem from day one. A very rotten apple amongst a barrel of very good ones. Matt... Good Chef, and is genuinely sorry for his loss of nerve at the start. Katie... Bad team leader, good trainer. Nice person, but not a chief stew. Did she get creative on her CV too? Malia has not done anything sneaky yet. The rest of the crew are lovely and a good bunch. Captain Sandy... Can handle a boat. Why does she think Katie and Courtney can handle the clients, and crew, cleaning and service? She should have kept Delaney, especially as she was eager to please and past quarantine. She is where the buck stops.

Lexi’s a grown woman. Imagine calling your mom just to stress her out with your issues. I spent 3 months on an American Summer Camp and the only calls I made home were to let them know how I was getting on. Lexi’s mom can’t help her so why call her and just gossip about the negative situation? All of the crew have issues but I think Lexi and Mathew have been intentionally confrontational and not team players. It can affect everyone around them just like when previous couples on the show have been in toxic relationships.
