P.s. what makes a high human more different from regular humans(only thing I can think is maybe them having innate magic, physical prowess comparable to evolved humans at their base, a lifespans similar to elves or early humans from the Bible, as the oldest human there lived to be 969 years old, nearly a millennia), and how did other demihumans such dwarves, lycanthorpes/beastmen, koblods, rabbitmen, merfolk and hobbits come into existence(since you mentioned elves and vampires; also do videos on them later on as well).

And we are never told that he used only 10k souls .all souls were taken and never heard about again. Their body ( all 20k) were used as a sacrificed for demons . So we actually don't know how much of souls rimuru use for evolution. I'm the person, he was debating to.

And quality of body depends on offering/sacrific . Just like that girl ( silver wings) on episode 24 "black and the mask" who give her dead partners body and her whole body and soul to black as payment for his work and body he get from them was only enough for 3 day. It not related to that magic at all. Don't know why you think that .
