If you wanna chose a good opponent for rimuru form DBS UNIVERS u can chose zalama the creators of super dragon ball and that guy is stronger than zeno bro . His full power is unknown to us even Akira toriama said that he will be interducing zalama in the future with his powers and ability's . For now he said he the super shenron who is a multiversal+ being was zalamas creation and the super shenron is a small part of zalamas power . He can be a good opponent for Rimuru or anos .

You can't scale Zalama cuz his powers are pretty vague he don't have feats that can make him higher than multiversal. You need Feats regarding AP, Hax, immunity, resistance, passives, etc To scale him to other characters that is not in DB cuz if you scale him with others that would be an NLF
