The reason I ask is because I had a life changing Pfizer Booster Vaccination and have heart problems now, that I never had previously, I was perfectly healthy prior to having it. Kindest regards. My Grandfather. Joseph Jackson. One of the reasons I am the person I am today. Lost him in 2009. Military funeral , and one of the last times I played guitar in front of people . I have only recently picked it back up to help my 8 and 11 year old sons get into music. I catch myself wishing at least once everyday that I could hear one more of his stories, how he could see how I matured and grew . For him to have been able to see my children . And for them to have been able to meet him. Many life lessons, outdoor and survival skills. To farming and carpentry. Conversations , laughs, tears and all. I miss You Pepa ... Thanks for letting me get this out. If no one reads it. Its fine. Its just nice getting it out. Thank you Tony

My dad, James Elmo Allen Jr., passed away in 1993, a week after my 14th birthday. He used to take my sister and I camping in rural Missouri several times a year, and really fostered in us a deep nostalgia for spending time around a fire (though his smoke would have been a great big joint of homegrown weed!) The memories are some of the most precious I have. He would have really enjoyed the ability to sit here and experience one of his favorite pass times... on the other side of the world, with the kind of guy he effortlessly got along with. Thanks for giving me the space to memorialize him like this. He's been gone for nearly 30 years, but I'm still sitting here with tears in my eyes. I wish I could hear him play his guitar and sing with the grandkids he never got to meet.

What a great idea to immortalize people we miss. Thank you, Tony; hugs to Brucie. My hero is Annie. When my hubby was hospitalized with a quadruple bypass, she made it possible for me to keep visiting him daily. I would park at her house after driving almost an hour, take the bus to the subway, then the train to the hospital. They were charging so much for parking that before she offered me this, it was costing me the equivalent of half a tank of gas. Another angel in disguise, and one of hubby's best friends, Ben, provided me with the transit tokens. I owe them both eternal gratitude. They made it possible for me to be there for my husband when he needed me most. He was in the hospital for four months in total due to infections and several setbacks.

Our first son, Cooper was born still a still 18 years ago. After struggling with infertility, it was really a hard blow. This year we raised money and gave a scholarship in his name for his graduating class. It's one of many things we've done for him over the years that has helped relieve our grief. His brother and sister that came after him know him and love him. Thank you for giving me opportunity to share about my son Cooper. You're right, Tony, it helps. 💙

Tony I lost my Mom during this pandemic. She didn’t die from the virus. I personally believe that she died from a broken heart. When we went into lockdown, they put the people in hospitals on lockdown. My Mom’s name was Rebecca. She was my best friend on this planet. I’m still grieving over her. Along with all the people in my family and friends who died during the past three years. This whole thing has been tremendously traumatic for every single person on our planet. It’s going to take a whole lot of healing and encouragement for everyone to recover. Thank you so much Tony for asking us to share. It hurts very bad but I needed to do it and I hope that it encourages others. Lots of Love and Peace to Everyone. Please take good care of you and know that you are not alone.❤

Hi Tony. I started watching your videos when my father was dying from melanoma. Dad and I would stay up watching you, he lived vicariously through you as he was a camper. All the best and thanks 🙏

Thanks Tony and Bruce for another amazing adventure. Tony I’d like to say you are so wise and kind. I appreciate the kindness so much as I don’t feel much of that currently here in the U.S. I feel like people have just lost their humanity. I’ve retreated away from all it. I’d like to leave a note about my mom who I lost 10 years ago. As I commented in another video, I still miss her terribly. Carol had a zest for life, was so kind and always present. She took up skiing when she was 50 and kayaking in her 60’s. She lived in Maine by herself with her wonderful dog Eddie. Peace and love to you. Thanks for the great videos.

Cheers to you for reminding me where I came from and who I am. Because of her I am the Man I am today! I remember my family was very worried about me because they thought I was depressed after she passed but, I was never depressed just sad and was mourning her loss in my own way. I was sad yes, however I was also blessed to have her and everything she taught me as a young man. Thank you and God Bless you and your family!

He served in the United States Marine Corps and was a Sgt. After he left the Marines he worked for over 25 years in a Oil refinery in CA. He made me the person I am today. Taught me how to fish, and camp. His Family was most important thing to him. He was also a Member of the B.P.O.E. I myself am A member of my local Elks Lodgein part because of him. He taught me about having a code of Honor, and Integrty That served me well from my time in the US Army and all through my life. So relieved that you practice the “two is one, one is none theory” for safety when you had a backup tracker for Brucee other than the uncharged light neck collar. Whew!!

Hi Tony, Another great trip out and I love to see Bruce in his element! I am from Scotland and fully endorse what he says about Bruce -- don't mess with what nature has created. These dogs can run all day, every day, in any weather you care to throw at them and come back for more.

It's been just short of 23 years since I lost the man I loved with all my heart. I carry some very happy memories with me and I still remember his smile and know what he would say to me when I'm looking for answers. Dewitt we still light a candle on boxing day and special occasions and put it in the window to light your way. I still love you rasta. 🤗 🤗 🤗 🤗 Thank you Tony.

I love watching the way you and Bruce take care of each other. I have some friends who live with a great dane that is mortally afraid of thunder. He runs into the bathroom and squeezes himself into the bathtub. They put some food and water in the bathroom with him and let him ride it out. Poor thing, I feel bad for Bruce. Great video, thanks.

Okay my friend I will tell you of Heather who we lost early to frontal lobe dementia. She loved her children and step children. Wasn't an outdoors person but insisted that I teach our two girls " outdoors stuff" . I still struggle with the fact that I wasn't there the night she passed on. Yet I know she " visits ' me quite often and I know when she is with me. She still guides me from time to time. She love to cook and I learned most of my cooking and recipes from her. In her shortened time with us was able teach the girls about being proper gals. She was the kindest most genle person I have ever known then and now.

I watch these videos with envy. I really respect you for getting out there and getting some head space. There are a lot of positive people out there. Immortalising my Nan, who passed away this year was an incredible person. Lost her husband, my Grandad, very young after a long illness. Live through the bombing during WW2 and moved schools 7 times by the time she was 11. Never complained and always said how great her life had been. Sheila Rogers. Cheers to strong, positive people in our lives.

Tony & Brucie - always a pleasure watching your videos, especially the long ones. I am so glad you decided to go light this time even though you still cannot find decent freeze-dry food to take. I must admit that I love to watch what you'll prepare for dinner/breakfast and even some of the mishaps in doing so. Brucie always a joy to watch going up the trail and when returning back to the car ... he knows the trails better than most hikers. Those trees were laden with snow but made it look so beautiful and that's something from me to say, I live in Western Canada where we get lots of snow. Your idea of sharing & celebrating here in the comments those who were important or were our heroes, it is a fantastic idea and I hope people take advantage of it. After all, no man is an island ... we are formed by those around us and we owe them acknowledgement. I have been doing it for years and precisely to celebrate their lives and deeds, which in my case there were many and I salute them whenever I come across with something that reminds me of them. In my case, my mother, Emilia, was a terrific lady. She was hard working, no non-sense, put your nose to the ground mindset, get on with it and do not complain, but she had a great sense of humour, she was sensitive, she raised me on her own (she divorced my father when I was a year old and never remarried), taught me many things but the number one skill she taught me was to be independent and I thank her dearly for it.
