And I think it's because I find it really really hard to give up the control I think I have over everything in my life. I love the way I plan things. But when I remember just how much I am at the mercy of God, and that He truly has the ultimate control over my life, and that He just wants me to love Him back completely... I'm in awe. This is a powerful reminder that I need the King of Heaven every hour. That I couldn't even imagine ever doing it all on my own.

I'm at the same point in my life right now. My wife got sick with a chronic illness and her income became unstable. God provided a 2nd source of income to get our bills caught up, once she got at least to the point where I wasn't needed to take care of her 24/7. Now her sickness is back and I am looking to have to quit the 2nd job to take care of her again. The monologue explains PERFECTLY the predicament I am in. i love this song. it tells me what i need to hear so many times. I can't thank you enough for helping show me the way. my friend recently showed me three songs he wrote about God and his strugles through life. It was the first time he had been so open. I felt the spirit of love and i knew he was not alone in the songs, i felt others singing along even though it was only me,him, and another friend. I believe these songs were from God.
