I am very exited to be bringing you this Ukulele tutorial today on The Joker by Steve Miller Band. First off, I love the song, and I always feel blessed when I can teach and share the music that I love, especially when I see how many people share my love for these tunes as well as when I can share it with someone who maybe didn't know it existed before. Second reason, because it is three tutorials in one. It is a beginner Ukulele song tutorial with a basic strum groove for people just looking to sing along. Second, the high G riff, the high G Ukulele obviously can't produce the bassline, but it can emulate the notes into a wicked riff, so we did that for the second part of the Ukulele tutorial, and third, Low G Ukulele to break down the bass just like the bass would be playing it, awesome! All three Ukulele tutorials in this one lesson are fully interactive, with strum patterns, interactive tabs, and even the counts to make sure now matter how you learn, we have you covered in this lesson. After i have watched some of your tutorials I couldn't hold me back from subscribing to your channel because you give us really cool songs and their tutorials are just helpful and easy to learn. ...I don't know if you take suggestions for further song tutorials but if so , I would like to play one day the intro of the anime DIGIMON ADVENTURE called butterfly. This is something very important from my childhood and I want to be able to play it. Cheers ! :)

On the other hand i sometimes listen to The rolling stones, Faces, few songs from Beatles. And i must not forget the excellent album from Tommy stinson - guy from the band The Replacements :)

Great organization/layout man. The lesson was good, awesome song, easy to follow along. But with your "1 & 2 and a" right there with the tabs as well as the chord the individual notes are in, and the times in the description for the different versions.. You really went the extra mile that most people don't and it's fuckin awesome. Keep it up ^^

At 7:48 there is a correction. The 6th and 7th note needs to be open D string 2 times then C chord. You have open A 2 times. In the video you played it right but the tabs were wrong.

Awesome tutorial, as always. Just wondering, for the low G bass line, in the first half of the measure, on the tabs you show hitting the open G string before strumming the C chord. Should it be the open C string? Thanks!
