They don’t explain it on this video , but there’s a lot of waste in the tequila process , most of it has crazy levels of alcohol in it ( > 90 degrees ! ) and is used only for cleaning . Trips me out how they are touching it bare handed. I was always taught not to touch it barehanded or to ever get the juice on the skin.
