The main problem for Milotic is that the ability only works on Tera Pokemon, and Tera Pokemon are *exs* .Which Pokemon do blocks exs? Mimikyu. Just play Mimikyu. It's way better. It's basic and don't give up 2 prizes.

The main thing is that milotic works with baxcallibur and can deal enough damage to 2hko most things, also, i try to think of kingdra ex every time we get a new water evolution mon that guy gets water mons from the discard, i can see it having a powerspike in a similar way to regidrago, maybe not as strong but it has potential

well as a bolt player using sandyshocks for countering mimikyu, i think 270 hp and 160atk makes milotic a mon to consider over mimikyu. zard and pult can one shot a mimikyu with their stage 1s but not a milotic so it might work once it finds a good partner to be in a deck with

I've been running terapagos ex and palkia Vstar as partners in a deck, and Milotic ex would fit very well. Not to mention, the Lifeboat Milotic would work as well to increase both palkia and terapagos's damage. Yeah, I like this.

I'm so so so happy as I have been waiting for a Milotic since I lost my first Milotic deck to rotation, but it is unfortunate that she can't be her own deck. I wish that it at least had a good attack, as I really really miss the Rebel Clash Milotic V. It's my favorite pokemon and I wanted the Milotic EX from EX Emerald since I was a kid! I am still over the MOON though!! I hope she gets an alt art rarity!!

Unless you get unlucky with it in the active at the start of the game, the ascension one seems pretty viable. Just drop it, switch it into the active, and use the attack to evolve. Tera decks deviated

Im wondering if i can make something work with milotic and black kyurem together. Probably not but ine can dream. Even if its just a rogue deck, ill be happy. Maybe have radiant greninja, baxxy, and manaphy in it as my one prizers... Maybe prime catcher and some double turbos to use black kyurem to lock someone down as needed even

The milotic would go well in the palkia Vstar deck, make palkia the main Mon of the deck for non terra decks, when you go against a tera deck you have milotic to poop all over them.

The prob is. Palkia has NO Space for that. Also, Mimikyu is a thing, and Mimikyu is a BASIC that does the same thing but better. Tera are also ex cards, remember?

@@charlesluck7830 Terapagos and I had an idea to play a deck with the Terastal Pikachu and Dedenne since he can't die in one hit and that Dedenne can place the all the damage counter of a benched pokemon on the active opponent's but it will counter this deck then
