If it sells, did you catch that part at the end. Yes it's done professionally with absolutely not a drop of orignality or imagination in anything. Totally generic, i got so sick of seeing this every time I looked at houses in 2020 when I was shopping for one. You can't tell one from the other after awhile, and they want you to buy their choices, with interest, and then a profit. That's what I get for wanting their building materials, etc
@angelbulldog49349 ай бұрын
First thing I would change is the location of the front door. Bad Feng shut when the front door isn't the "bullseye". Also awkward for people who haven't visited before. Looks like the door opens into the kitchen. Another feature I couldn't go for. I would've bought another house. But that's just me.

Bathroom renovation is $18k? You are creazy to pay that price.... no surprise no one wants to pay off your expences...
@happydays13364 жыл бұрын
I did the two bathrooms in in our new home for around $2000. I looked at the classified ads daily while we were building the house and bought one of the toilets, a Kohler tub, vanities, granite and marble flooring, and light fixtures. These items were new or used. The new items were from homeowners who'd bought too much for projects and couldn't return the items (such as the beautiful porcelain tile I bought for $700 that was enough to do the kitchen floor) or things they'd ripped out when they were remodeling. I bought 3 copper sinks from a online discount plumbing company for around around $80 each. I got a great price on solid maple flooring and installation through the ads, too. I looked online at a luxury tile company to see how much the marble was worth after I bought it for $700 (the same as the kitchen tile!). It turned out to be $5000. It.was enough to tile the shower and bathroom floor. I bought a brand new $1500 three bowl Kohler kitchen sink for $20 at a garage sale that we stopped by on a whim For the basement mother-in-law apartment kitchen I bought an entire kitchen with appliances for around $3000. I got them to throw in a newish washer and dryer for my son for free. I had the cabinets professionally painted white for around $2300. The kitchen looks luxurious. My sister had a friend who was a wealthy builder's wife who did the same thing. After hearing about her I did it, too. We've just sold our home. The value has increased almost 50% in the 4 1/2 years since we built it. (We're using the equity to buy a smaller, less expensive house.) You should have read the realtor's description on Zillow: "a beautiful custom home with marble floors in the master bathroom, copper sinks, solid hardwood floors, granite entryway", etc, etc. We sold our house to the first person who came to see it just hours after the house was listed. The buyer and realtor have no idea how little I spent on things.
@happydays13364 жыл бұрын
I forgot to mention a really big thing. I frequently looked at real estate ads and found a "white elephant" lot that people thought was unbuildable. My husband and I designed a house that would fit in the narrow front yard (the lot was narrow in the front and wider in the back). Once the house was built the lot was no longer undesirable. The value of the lot has increased from the $62K we paid for it to the $130K it's worth now. The back of the lot was 16' lower than the front. A couple down the street asked us if we wanted free fill dirt because they were building a house and didn't want to pay to haul it away. We jumped at the offer. The builder said if we had had to buy the fill it would have cost about $5K. Because of the steep 16' drop of the front yard to the backyard (the reason we needed fill dirt) our basement has 10" high ceilings. There are not many basements with that high of ceilings. They made the house very desirable. If Christina and Taurak had done similar things they wouldn't be spending a ridiculous $18K for a flip house bathroom.
